I dare you to say THAT groundhog’s name fast three times. :) However you say it, Phil (we’ll call him that for short), predicted Spring today! I know that is a far cry for a majority of the country today— like I said, it’s 70 degrees in Raleigh today— this bit of news should cheer you up! Here’s the pride and joy of Pennsylvania, himself.
